What data I process

The data you give me when you write through the form (name, phone or email, service and message), by WhatsApp or by email. Messages sent through the form reach me by email and are not stored on this website.

Purpose

Only to reply to you, prepare your demo or quote and, if you hire me, provide the service. I don't send advertising or share your data for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent when contacting me and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long I keep it

As long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, if you hire me, during the relationship and the periods required by law. If we don't end up working together, I delete your data once it is no longer needed to reply to you.

Who else may access it

The providers I need for the website and email to work, who process the data following my instructions: Cloudflare, which hosts the website; Resend, which delivers the form messages to my email; and Google, which provides the email service (Gmail). If you write to me on WhatsApp, Meta also processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing or take it elsewhere. Write to codbestudio@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
