Your website
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what you need: a presentation website does not cost the same as an online store or a custom web app. Before we start I send you a proposal with a clear price.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the type of website and on when we have the text and photos. The proposal includes a specific delivery date.
Will I be able to change the text and photos myself?
Yes: I'll show you how to update the basics. And if you'd rather not touch anything, just ask me.
Are the domain and hosting included?
I explain it in the proposal: what you need and what it costs, with no surprises. If you already have a domain, we'll use it.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every website is ready for Google: careful titles and descriptions, fast loading, mobile-friendly and with your business details properly structured. Reaching the top positions also depends on competition and time, so I don't promise specific rankings.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. I take care of setting everything up. You just tell me how your business works and review it before it goes live.
Automation: prices and payment
How much does the automation cost?
There are three options: WhatsApp bookings and appointments (€290 set-up + €49/month), QR digital menu with WhatsApp ordering (€190 + €29/month) and the local business pack with a website included (€590 + €99/month). Prices exclude VAT. The set-up fee is paid once and there is no minimum contract.
What are the messages charged by Meta?
Meta, the company that owns WhatsApp, charges for some messages sent by businesses, such as appointment reminders. Replying to a customer who has just written to you is usually free. I bill those messages separately, at cost, with no margin.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You pay the set-up fee once and then the monthly fee, which you can cancel whenever you want.
Automation: getting started
Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?
It depends on how you use WhatsApp in your business today. We'll check it together before starting so your customers can still find you easily.
How long until it's up and running?
It depends on what's included and on when you send me the information: I give you a specific date before we start. Before it goes live you test it yourself to make sure it replies the way you want.
Automation: how it works
What happens if the bot doesn't understand a question?
It doesn't make up an answer: it tells the customer that a person will get back to them and alerts you so you can continue the conversation.
When is the appointment reminder sent?
Whenever you prefer, for example the day before or a few hours before.
Can I change the menu whenever I want?
Yes. Dish and price changes are included in the monthly fee: you ask me and I make them.
Does it work if I don't have a restaurant?
Yes. For a clinic or a salon, your services are shown instead of a menu and WhatsApp handles appointments and reminders.
